Tech Solutions is seeking an experienced IT Technical Support L2/L3 to join our dynamic team in California. This is a remote job. Work hours are in US Pacific Time. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing advanced technical support and problem-solving for our clients' complex IT systems and networks.

What you'll be doing

• Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across a range of IT systems and infrastructure
• Provide advanced technical guidance and support to lower-level IT support staff
• Implement and maintain secure, scalable and resilient network infrastructure
• Automate IT operations and support processes to improve efficiency
• Continuously research and implement new technologies to enhance our IT service delivery
• Document technical processes and solutions to share knowledge across the team
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality IT services

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of experience in an IT technical support role, ideally in a complex enterprise environment
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently
• In-depth knowledge of network infrastructure, servers, storage, and cloud technologies
• Expertise in network administration, security, and performance optimization
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
• Industry certifications such as CCNA, MCSE or ITIL are highly desirable
