Data Clerk / Compliance Coordinator (High Inventory & Camera Management)
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Clerk / Compliance Coordinator to support inventory tracking, camera management, and compliance-related administrative functions.
This position is responsible for maintaining accurate records, monitoring inventory and equipment status, reviewing camera-related documentation, and ensuring data accuracy across internal systems. The ideal candidate is process-driven, comfortable working with large amounts of data, and able to identify discrepancies while maintaining strict attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inventory Management.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and tracking logs
- Monitor inventory levels and update inventory databases as needed
- Verify inventory movements, transfers, and equipment assignments
- Identify discrepancies and report inconsistencies for resolution
- Assist with inventory audits and reconciliation activities
- Ensure inventory records remain current and compliant with company procedures
Camera Management & Monitoring
- Maintain records related to camera inventory, deployment, and assignments
- Track camera status, locations, and equipment accountability
- Review camera documentation for completeness and accuracy
- Monitor camera-related reports and escalate issues when necessary
- Ensure all camera assets are properly documented and accounted for
- Assist in maintaining compliance with camera management procedures
Compliance & Documentation
- Maintain organized records and supporting documentation
- Review data for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal policies
- Prepare reports and documentation for management review
- Track outstanding items and follow up on missing information
- Ensure documentation is properly filed and readily accessible
- Assist with compliance audits and record verification processes
Administrative Support
- Enter and update data across multiple systems and spreadsheets
- Generate routine reports and maintain tracking logs
- Communicate with internal teams regarding inventory, equipment, and documentation updates
- Support daily administrative and operational functions as assigned
Qualifications Required
- Previous experience in data entry, inventory management, compliance, administrative support, or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and data management systems
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Comfortable reviewing large amounts of information and identifying discrepancies

- Experience with inventory tracking systems
- Experience managing equipment or asset records
- Compliance, auditing, or quality control experience
- Experience working in a remote or administrative support environment
