Key Responsibilities

Support scheduling, documentation, and patient follow-ups
Manage emails, digital files, and case-related information
Maintain accurate and organized patient records
Ensure HIPAA compliance and confidentiality in all communications

Qualifications

Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy (BSPT)
Licensed Physical Therapist is preferred but not required
Previous experience in a healthcare or therapy-related setting
Hands-on experience with WellSky/Kinnser
Familiarity with EMR systems
Excellent English communication and time-management skills
Friendly, professional, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
